Slopes can fix your swing! PDF Print E-mail
If you are a slicer of the ball, the easiest way to help you feel more shallow coming down is to hit some shots with the ball above your feet. It creates the feeling of a more rounded or inside downswing allow you to release the club and draw the ball. Converesley, the ball below your feet on a downhill slope will encourage a steeper swing helping someone who hooks the ball. This slope also helps a player keep their spine angle through the ball. Try some of a slope and some of the flat ground and you will see instant results and it is free!
