Wind your middle for power PDF Print E-mail
Many people are told to resist their legs and don’t move them. In my experience, one of the biggest energy providers are the legs and middle of the torso. If you want to hit it further get the ab’s and middle more wound up feeling the thighs move also into a braced right knee. You should feel wound and coiled and if you do it correctly you should feel like you could not hold that position for long as you have so much stored energy and torque.
